First verse (repeated in first six versions):
I find my food in the country
Not far from the Gresham Fair
Just head for the Twelve-Mile Corner
Old Zim will meet you there
It's fun to shop at Zimmie's
Sure and Scotch there is no (?)
So I park in the lot in my favorite spot
Cause there's bargains (?) full of food (?)
Just look for the light and tower
And the swivel light on top
Then park in the lot in your favorite spot;
To the door it's just a hop
It's fun to shop at Zimmie's
There's everything good to eat
Just park in the lot in your favorite spot
It's the place where old friends meet
It's fun to shop at Zimmie's
On the level just ask (gramps?)
Just park in the lot in your favorite spot
And get green trading stamps
The redemption room is lovely
Full of everything you wish
So park in the lot in your favorite spot
And get your favorite dish
It's fun to shop at Zimmie's
Cause they smile from head to toe
So park in the lot in your favorite spot
You'll save a lot of dough
Variation of first verse used in versions 7-9:

And garden tools galore
So park in the lot in your favorite spot
