Description from trademark application: comprises the representation of two terrestrial globes having on their exposed faces a series of lines representing longitudinal and latitudinal divisions. An eagle with outspread wings is seen perched on the globes, and there is an ornamental background. Below the described figure is represented a band extending in an oblique direction, on which is printed the word "WHISKEY" in bold type. In the lower righthand corner is the monogram "G.A. & Co." arranged on a dark background. And in the upper righthand corner is printed the word "KENTUCKY", also in bold type.
